pathfinder... this movie kicked @$$. It's rated R for strong brutal violence throughout, well that's what the tv preview says anyway...and.. it didn't lie..

Anything you are trying to tell us knight_67?

    A new quote on yahoo

There has been some speculation, especially among online forums, that Cho may have been inspired by the South Korean movie "Oldboy." One of the killer's mailed photos shows him brandishing a hammer "? the signature weapon of the protagonist "? and in a pose similar to one from the film.

The film won the Grand Prix prize at the Cannes Film Festival in 2004. It is about a man unjustly imprisoned for 15 years. After escaping, he goes on a rampage against his captor.

What we've got here is failure to communicate. Some men you just can't reach, so you get what we had here last week which is the way he wants it. Well, he gets it.

    Re: Last movie you watched

I don't really see how he could have been inspired by the film itself to do what he did. Me having watched the film see in no way how a connection could be made between Cho and Oldboy, other than the hammer. Actually, about the only thing in common, and i noticed this morning before leaving to the prison, it was showing the pics, etc, that he sent in to NBC, and he was posing with a hammer i do believe, which looks familiar to when Oldboy is in a scene in the film. Just a bunch of BS to get a story to me....

    Re: Last movie you watched

    Probably true
Just thought that was interesting, when I read it.
I don't think I remember hearing of the movie

I figure its just the normal routine of 'blame'
